Erin Halladay, LPC
Hi there! I’m Erin Halladay, a Licensed Professional Counselor, and I’m so glad you’re here. My aim is to help you discover your true self, heal from past hurts, navigate life's changes, and find ways to manage mental health challenges. I work with individuals of all ages—from teens to seniors—and I use effective approaches like cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy to support real, meaningful growth. I know therapy can sometimes take time, but I hope together we can find a path that helps you reach your goals a little sooner.
Outside of work, I’m a proud mom to Reed and Birdie and wear many hats in my family life. I love spending quality time with my loved ones and enjoy activities like antiquing, learning new things, and just being with the people I care about. Oh, and did you know? I initially studied nursing, which has given me a lot of valuable skills that I still draw on every day in my counseling practice.
I genuinely look forward to getting to know you better!

Lisa Patton, LPC
Hi I’m Lisa Patton.
As an individual I value respect, honesty, and trustworthiness from others in my life. As a counselor, I promise that is what you will receive from me. I will treat you or your family member with care and respect and will offer you a safe place to heal. Your mental health and your life are what is important to me and I will guild and help you to reach your goals.
I graduated with a Clinical Mental Health Master’s Degree in 2018 and became an LPC in 2021. I have been practicing as a Professional Counselor since that time and love every minute of it.

Eva Cruz, ALC
Hi, I’m Eva, and I’m excited to join Halladay Counseling as an Associate Licensed Counselor! I have a passion and love for people, and my heart is to help others find hope—even in moments when it feels like there’s none to be found. In my work, I often use cognitive behavioral therapy, but I also believe that therapy is not one-size-fits-all. I’m committed to meeting each person where they’re at and adjusting my approach to best support your unique journey.
For those who desire it, I also offer Christian counseling, and I am on track to receive my local minister’s license by 2027. I deeply value the way following Christ brings comfort, peace, and renewal throughout the counseling process; similarly, I desire to offer a Christ-centered approach to those who seek it. Outside of counseling, I love to laugh and enjoy life’s lighter moments. You can usually find me drinking iced coffee, playing video games, watching anime, or getting lost in a good book. I’m looking forward to walking alongside clients of all ages and backgrounds, and creating a space that feels safe, encouraging, and full of hope.
Eva is under the supervision of Carrie Halladay, LPC-S.

April Fleming, ALC
Hi, I’m April Fleming!
I have always had a passion for helping others. My life experiences have given me a unique opportunity to be able to understand the struggles of others and help them navigate those struggles. I recently retired after 25 years in the education field. I have worked as both an educator and a counselor. I believe it is hard to be one without the other. I earned my Master’s Degree in Counseling from the University of West Alabama in 2018. I am currently an Associate Licensed Counselor working under the supervision of Carrie Halladay here at Halladay Counseling.
In addition to counseling, I am a wife, mother, and soon to be grandmother. My middle son was diagnosed at the age of four with Autism. He is a severe, nonverbal adult living with autism in my home. My areas of focus as a counselor are children, teens, adults and families with a primary focus to help other parents who have children with special needs. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Based Therapy to treat depression, anxiety, trauma, anger issues, and self esteem.

Carrie Halladay, LPC
FOUNDER
Hey! I’m Carrie Halladay. I started my therapy practice in 2003 with the goal of helping others find peace in their lives. My goal as your therapist is to leave you in a better place than I found you. You and I will work together to accomplish this mission. I offer individual counseling services for the stressed out, broken-hearted, over worked, under-appreciated, confidence-lacking, worn out, anxious and depressed. I use Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectic Behavior Therapy (DBT) and solution focused therapies to help you regain energy and focus in life. I am also trained in Brainspotting to assist with processing and healing from trauma. It’s possible and I can help you get there. I am a no BS type of person- in my personal life and at work. I work with my clients to quickly uncover the source of anxiety, depression and life dissatisfaction to achieve your goals.
In addition to being a professional counselor, I’m a mom, a wife, a sister, aunt and Mimi to my grandkids Reed and Birdie. In my spare time I enjoy travel, going to concerts, hanging out with my family, antiquing and being creative.
